About The Role
The Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to our executive team, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information. This role is perfect for someone with extensive experience in executive support and excellent organizational skills.
Experience
Senior-Level (6+ years)
Key Requirements
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Prefered Qualifications
• Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant to senior executives
• Familiarity with office management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
